Refund policy

We do not accept returns of any kind.

If you receive a damaged item please submit a claim with your post office. You can also contact myself via email and this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. In order to submit a claim with the post office you need to leave all items as is in the box and take up to 7 photos. 3 on the outside, 1 on the inside with product still inside, and 2 of the items, and 1 of shipping label. They will also need to pickup the box and items for inspection. 

If an item is sent back for any reason you are responsible for the shipping.
